Together, we&#8217;ll work in a confidential and non judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. \u00a0My role is to understand your experience with empathy, trust and compassion, to support you in finding clarity, healing and a way forward.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2>Is counselling right for you<\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Reaching out for support and finding a counsellor you feel comfortable with can feel like a big and tender step.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Person Centred Counselling provides a safe and confidential space for you to explore parts of you that may have been hidden for a long time. It is just about you and some clients say this is the first time they have experienced a space where they can sit and explore their true feelings and emotions without judgement or expectation. It may feel uncomfortable at times, but as our relationship grows, I hope you will find a sense of relief and value in the work that we do together in order to live a happier, healthier life.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2>Our Relationship<\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The relationship we build together is at the heart of the counselling process and forms the foundation for meaningful change. I understand that finding the right counsellor can feel a bit daunting. That\u2019s why I offer a free 20 minute initial telephone consultation, giving us the opportunity to talk about what you\u2019re hoping to gain from counselling and how I work.
