We can all experience difficult times in our lives and whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to face it alone, change is always possible with the right support.
I am also an experienced bereavement counsellor and understand the unique challenges that come with loss and grief. Additionally, I have a particular interest in supporting women going through the menopause, which can be a difficult and emotional time for many.
In addition to my professional qualifications, I bring a wealth of personal life experience, offering a grounded, compassionate perspective. As a wife, mother, and daughter, I have a deep understanding of the complex and varied roles that we can often take on in our lives. I believe that my lived experience can be a valuable asset in creating a space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood and supported.
My goal as a counsellor is to provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their experiences, make meaningful changes and find a way forward. I want to assure you that you are not alone in your struggles and that positive changes can be made through counselling.
I’m passionate about helping individuals to improve their emotional well-being and overcome the challenges they may be facing. Having been on my own journey of self awareness and change through counselling, I truly appreciate the value and benefit of being able to speak openly without fear of judgement.
